How does the Saturday cleaning service work?
Saturday cleaning is available by special request only. Clients must book in advance so we can arrange the team. Since Saturdays are outside our standard schedule, availability is limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
How can I request a specific time schedule?
You can request your preferred time when booking. Simply let us know your desired time slot, and we’ll confirm availability. Priority is given to clients who book early.
Do I have to pay overtime, and how much does it cost?
Yes, if your cleaning extends past the booked time, overtime is billed at $30 XCD per hour. This ensures our staff are fairly compensated.
Can I request specific workers or individuals?
Yes, you may request specific team members if they are available. We do our best to honor these requests, but availability depends on scheduling and workload.
As a Sabbath-observing individual, how would Saturday cleaning work?
We respect all clients’ beliefs and practices. If you observe the Sabbath, you may schedule cleaning before or after Sabbath hours to avoid conflicts. Our team is happy to work with your schedule and preferences.
Do you offer discounts for regular clients?
Yes. We provide discounts for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients. Contact us for package details.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Purpoz Klean provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your personal products, let us know when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile payments. Payment details are provided at the time of booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 XCD cancellation fee to cover scheduling and staff adjustments.
